Kotaro Kashima

Joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. in 1978. Since then, he has been responsible for the development and business of audio, video, and display businesses. At AVC Networks, he was in charge of technology management, promoted SD memory card business, and served as president of local subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia. After returning to Japan, he served as head of the LCD TV business unit, vice president of display business, and director of IPS Alpha. He then moved to Appliance Company, where he served as Vice President in charge of manufacturing and contributed to the establishment of new factories in Vietnam and Brazil, as well as white goods and air-conditioning. After leaving Panasonic, he helped establish the Japan Development Center of Galanz Japan as a director. From 2018, he was engaged in PB product development, establishment of quality control system, and guidance of manufacturing plant at Cain's Co. (Currently, he serves as a bridge between foreign manufacturers and Japanese companies at ArcLynk.)

Joined Funai Electric in April 2000. He was in charge of electrical design for the DVD player mass production project. In 2006, he was stationed in Germany to oversee Product planning and sales promotion of TVs and videos for Europe at FUNAI EUROPE GmbH. In 2011, he returned to Japan and assumed the position of Product planning Section Manager, where he formulated product strategies based on market analysis in North America, Europe, and Japan. In 2022, he led the development of new markets as General Manager of BSI Business Division. From August 2023, he leads business creation as General Manager of Project Planning Department of New Business Division.
Tsukasa Shinmi

He joined Funai Electric in April 1991, and was in charge of production engineering at the Tsuyama Plant from 1992, where he promoted the efficiency of the assembly line. In 2008, he was promoted to manager of the Chassis Design Engineering Department, where he achieved design standardization and product realization in line with customer requests. From 2022,he led the launch of a new category of products as a section chief of the BSI Business Department, and from 2023, he will oversee the planning and development of new devices as a project section chief of the New Business Division.
